OFFICE OF SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAMS (OSBP)
The Marine Corps Systems Command Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is the gateway for small businesses including veteran-owned, service-disabled, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, and women-owned small businesses. OSBP’s mission is to maintain a successful small business program and expand opportunities for small business. OSBP promotes acquisition opportunities where small businesses can best support the needs of our Marines and Sailors. OSBP fosters industry innovation, technology development and the procurement of products, services and solutions from small business providers through policy, advocacy and training efforts. [1]
