Kennedy Space Center (KSC)
Kennedy Space Center (KSC), located at Cape Canaveral, Florida has been the place for all U.S. manned spaceflight launches, as well as the place for several unmanned satellite and probe launches from Project Mercury to the International Space Station and Space Shuttle Program. This site has also spanned the Hubble Telescope to the Mars rovers.
KSC is involved in a number of programs and initiatives including the following:
- Commercial Crew Program
- Deep Space Logistics
- Educational Launch of Nanosatellites
- Exploration Ground Systems
- Launch Services Program
- Research and Technology
- Station Payloads
